Look down the posts for the "hartman" mods. He cut the last baffle out with a plasma arc machine and added a spout from the next baffle in. A couple others have done the same thing and are pleased with it. My experience with the drag pipe, (no usable baffle) was the sound was much louder but not deep and not very thumper like. They really need the muffler to deepen or lower the frequency of the sound. Whether or not your needs rejetting is on a per bike basis. Each bike is a stacking of tolerances and some do not need or benefit from the enriching of removing the white spacer. Be sure and save it in case you need to reinstall it. I had to put mine back in as it ran too rich w/o it and was glad I still had it. Also if you get a fixit ticket and have to replace the muffler with stock, you probably won't want the spacer out. There are lots of posts about HD, SuperTrapp, and a couple other mufflers on the board and I think a couple even have sound bites on their home pages. Max
